一、 Paper/rope measurement method:
1. Take a 1cm wide piece of paper or string and wrap it around the thickest part of your finger, including the joints
2. Use a pen to mark the overlapping point
3. Measure the length between two points horizontally, in millimeters
二、 Soft tape measurement method:
Measure directly around the base of the finger with a tape measure
2. Fit to the skin but not too tight
3. Read the circumference value
